Singing Lessons
“Singing is about connection, not perfection”

my approach to singing
Singing is so much more than hitting the right notes.
It’s about letting go.
It’s about not holding back and just going for it, even when you feel scared or doubtful.
It’s about the freedom and magic we experience when we just feel the music and go with the flow.
It’s all about empowerment, connection and inspiration.
That’s why I take a holistic approach to singing and performing.
I support you to connect with your body and let go of the mind chatter and judgment that stops us from belting it out and feeling the joy.
This allows you to sing to sing more freely and tap into the raw beauty of your natural voice.
I always encourage you to sing songs that you LOVE and have always wanted to sing.
And I’d love you to get out there as much and as often as possible and share this wonderful gift of music with the world.
“My students are always surprised at how much easier and enjoyable it is to sing when they stop trying so hard.”

– Developing tone, projection and resonance
– Increasing your range - Developing confidence and stage presence
- Singing without pushing or using force
- Honing your sound, style and repertoire

- Interpreting songs, finding your style and learning to love singing!
“You have taught me to learn to sing from the inside out and not the other way around”

vocal coaching
I work with a range of creatives and professionals, from fitness instructors to auctioneers to corporates. I love helping them project their voice, speak confidently and use their voices in the right way. Vocal coaching is a powerful tool to help you speak with impact and hold your power when you present. And we can sing while we’re doing it too!
“In the six months I’ve been having lessons, there has been a remarkable improvement in my range and the strength of my voice. Aggie has given me the tools to practice my singing at home, but more importantly she’s encouraged me to work towards singing in public and has really helped me gain confidence to do that – something I thought I’d never achieve!”

performance preparation
There are so many elements and factors that create a memorable performance. When we work on your performance technique, I’ll help you build a fun, diverse repertoire, develop a strong performance ‘mindset’ and learn how to strengthen your mental focus and be emotionally engaged.
We’ll make sure you’re calm, organized, centered and ready to let go of your worries so you can do what matters most: make soulful music with that gorgeous voice of yours.
Frequently asked questions
Can anyone sing?
This is one of the most common questions I’m asked and my answer is always – ABSOLUTELY! I’m happy to say, I haven’t been proven wrong yet. If you can hear the difference between 2 notes then you can easily learn to sing. Your voice is an instrument like any other, and just as any other instrument can be learned, so too can we learn to sing.
How will singing lessons help me?
The singing lessons can be whatever YOU want them to be.
For some people it’s learning a new musical skill, exploring a new hobby or establishing a creative outlet. For others, it’s an opportunity to fine tune and develop their musical and vocal skills or prepare for a specific performance or event. For many, it’s about feeling the fear and doing it anyway! After identifying your musical goals and dreams, we can tailor a program that supports you to reach them.
Do I need to bring anything?
No – just you and your lovely voice and a willingness to dive in and learn as much as you can.
